02 Drafting & Development

Next, using the approved concept, we create precise 2D permit-ready plans, MEP layouts, and 3D visualizations tailored to your project. Accuracy and code compliance are our priorities.

03 Review & Refinement

We share draft plans and visuals for your feedback, making revisions as needed to ensure the designs meet your expectations and requirements.

04 Finalization & Support

Once approved, we deliver the complete plan set ready for permitting and construction. We also provide ongoing support to coordinate with engineers and assist during the permitting process.
