Our Process
Home owners, General contractors, Real Estate agents and etc, that needs renderings to show either your builder or your clients.
We will come to location, do some measurements, discuss ideas that you have in mind. Then we start working on the draft floor plans and create before and after renderings for you to show.
- Once we receive the payments, we will get started on your project.
- We will setup a time that we can come out and do measurements and photos
- For smaller projects it will take 3-7 days to produce images. For larger projects it will take 10-14 business days to produce. We will provide drafts so that you so that you can review before finalizing.
- Once we agree on the final renderings, we will email you the High Quality rendering in 4k.
- 2D Floor Plans are separate, you can purchase a bundle that will include the 3D renderings as well.
Our Process
Builders, Architects, General Contractors who already has 2D drawings. Provide full sets of architecture drawings ( Revit or Sketchup).
We can assist with existing Revit files, creating Demolition plans, and renderings before and after.
